• Non-Technical Customer VOICE Support Process
• Non-Technical Customer NON-VOICE Support Process

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Responsible for dealing with International Clients.
• Strong verbal communication skill
• 24*7 work Environment

Education:

• Any graduate/ undergraduate /
• Undergraduate Fresher ( Year of passing 2013 & before ) and Graduates ( Any year pass out )

Education Criteria-Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)

• Undergraduates ( Year of passing 2013 & before ) and Graduates ( Any year pass out ) both are eligible
• Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
• CA, CS, M.Tech, MCA, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Ed, LLB etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible
• Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible
• Candidates pursuing or completed Distance or Regular MBA/PGDM are eligible
