Job Description:

• To answer enquiries on chat in a polite and professional manner
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Complete call& transaction logs
• Capture customer data accurately and input it to a CRM/DB platform
• Basic customer service and computer skills
• Good communication skills (Written & spoken)
• Good typing /keyboard handling skills
• Ability to multi-task (handling 3 chats concurrently).
• Ability to work on CRM application
